Kristin Hazelwood | Owner, Creative Director
After graduating with a degree in fine art from the University of Texas at Arlington, I worked six years as a graphic designer in a communication firm for a variety of corporate clients. In 2013, shortly after getting married myself, I started designing wedding stationery. Eventually the business grew to a point that I could not sustain both jobs and I made the leap to full-time and launched Hazelwood Paper Co.
In addition to my background and experience, I'm extremely detail-oriented. I love timelines and checklists, so I pair my creativity with a streamlined process to make designing for couples as smooth as possible. But most of all, I find it so fulfilling to create unique pieces that become a part of the best day of someone’s life. I've been happily married eleven years and am mother to an eight-year-old brain cancer survivor. As such, pediatric cancer research and assistance for families with a child battling is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. Adreanna Buckles | Senior Designer
I began as an intern at Hazelwood Paper Co., and after I graduated with a BFA in Design and Visual Communications I excitedly joined the team full-time. With a keen eye for design, a love of organization and a head full of fresh ideas, being able to work with couples as they design their wedding day is the ultimate way for me to apply my skills. I live in Georgia, where my officemates are my loving boyfriend Mike and our kitten, Maisy. In my spare time I enjoy gaming and cooking.
Chiky Sierra | Designer
Most of my career, I worked as a marketing professional within the hospitality industry. After a few years I decided to take a sabbatical year. During this year, I discovered my love for the world of graphic design. After uncovering that artistic side, I’ve since been creating monograms, crests, and other wedding-related art for Hazelwood Paper Co. I’m bit of a Nomad — born in Indonesia, I’ve lived in Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, and Cape Town, and now I am back in my home country and living in Bali, Indonesia. I love exploring places and trying various cuisines, and when I’m not designing, I’m out and about!
Julia Risunki | Illustrator + Water Color Artist
Hello, I'm Julia, a master's engineer by education, but my passion for drawing has transformed into my beloved profession. I take delight in crafting personalized illustrations spanning various styles. My absolute favorite moment is witnessing the finished photos from the wedding with my illustrations. Beyond my creative work, my heart beats for animals, which holds a special place in my life, they fuels my inspiration.

Hazelwood Paper Co. designed a unique custom monogram for my daughter’s wedding that was highlighted on all pieces created, and helped tie everything together in a meaningful, unique, and thematic way. It was also incorporated into other pieces such as the dessert, cake serving set, custom champagne toasting glasses, and welcome signs. Honestly, Kristin at Hazelwood Paper Co. was absolutely fantastic. I was moving to England to have our wedding and she accommodated my fiance and me so well with shipping, postage, and international delivery. Kristin created a custom sized invitation (square rather than rectangle), RSVPs that was perforated so that the guests could tear it off and post it back to us, a vellum overlay that was a gorgeous contrast to the custom designed backing to the vellum. Between the custom shape of the invitations and international postage, she was a life saver. Overall, Kristin was fantastic. I would 100% recommend her, and if I could give 10 stars I would. The invitations were absolutely beautiful and had all of our friends and family excited for the wedding!
